About BioprocessAI

Built by people who have run the process.

We are a small team of bioprocess operators and enterprise software engineers with around 150 years of collective experience across drug substance and drug product manufacturing, GMP facility design, and large-scale AI systems. Between us we have taken commercial molecules through development, transfer, qualification and supply, and written the reports at three in the morning.

That is why the platform is shaped the way it is. Every part of it exists because somebody on this team lost a week to the problem it solves.

Our mission

To give bioprocess organizations back the time they currently spend proving what they already know.

Faster development, cleaner transfers, shorter investigations and defensible filings, not by replacing the scientist, but by removing the assembly work that sits between them and the decision.

How we build

Four rules we do not bend.

These are engineering constraints in the codebase, not values on a wall.

The record comes before the model

An AI answer is only as good as the thing it is answering about. We built the system of record, molecules, runs, result tables, inventory, batch records, documents, before we let a model near it.

A claim without evidence is not an answer

Everything the platform asserts carries the tool result it came from. Where the evidence is not there, it says so. That single rule is what makes the output usable inside a GxP process.

Fail loud, never fall back

No fuzzy matching, no near-enough substitution, no silent default that makes a demo look good. When something is missing you are told, at the moment it matters.

The scientist decides

The AI assembles, computes and proposes. A named human confirms, and signs. We are not trying to remove judgment from this industry, we are trying to stop spending it on document retrieval.

Leadership

The team.
